High pressure hose joint form and cone sealing precautions
First, the hose joint form can be roughly divided into internal thread form and external thread form
1) Internal thread form
This structure is generally suitable for the occasion of low working pressure and large flow rate, this connection mode allows the diameter of the hose to be appropriately increased, and its sealing mainly depends on the sealing ring.
2) External thread form
This structural form is mainly used in the case of high pressure, and most of the working pressure exceeds 1800bar. This connection method is to press the locking nut through the external thread connector, so that the conical sealing surface of the pipe section is closely fitted with the sealing surface of the connected piece, and plays a sealing role. The connected part can also be a jet attachment, such as a high pressure spray gun, a flat cleaning nozzle, a three-dimensional rotating nozzle, etc., or other high pressure hose. This connection method can effectively prevent the connection loosening under complex construction conditions.
Second, the hose assembly uses cone sealing precautions
1) The connection adopts a cone Angle of 60 degrees, requiring that the cone Angle of the pipe end is generally less than 1 degree of the hole cone Angle;
2) The position of the pipe end must be kept sharp and must not be blunted;
3) The spiral direction between the pipe end and the locking nut should be opposite to the spiral direction of the external thread connector;
4) When processing connectors, the leakage hole should be retained at the sealing place to prevent high-pressure water leakage when the cone seal is not tight, which can play a safety warning role, but also facilitate observation and judgment, so as to better protect the sealing surface from being damaged.
